The Registration Fees for appearing in CSEET is ₹ 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) per student per appearance. ICSI also provides concession in fee to various categories of students :

Students can enroll in CSEET course after passing the Class 10th Examination conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India or an examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto.
However, a candidate can write CSEET Exams only after appearing in the Class 12th Examination.
Please note that there is no restriction on what stream students can appear for CS exams. Hence, irrespective of whether a candidate took science, commerce, or arts they are eligible to register for the CSEET course after passing their class 10th examination.

Once you open this link you can easily enter the fields required and continue your registration step by step. All administrative interactions throughout the life cycle of a CS student are done through the online portal and there is no need for personal visit to the ICSI Office for submission of physical documents.
Given below steps can be followed by candidates to fill the CSEET application form:
Before proceeding to CSEET registration form please make sure that you are ready with the softcopy of these documents.
All the files should be present in one of the following formats(jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp,pdf).
(The maximum allowed file size is 2 MBs.File size of a student photo should be between 20kb to 50kb.File Size of student signature should be between 10kb to 20kb.)
On Successful Payment, You will be registered for CSEET and the same will be intimated through email / sms on registered email id / mobile number. You can appear for the CSEET as per the schedule sent through email / sms. .

For Example
You have registered for CSEET in April 2023 after giving class 12th exams. So you will be eligible to give CSEET exam in May 2023 attempt & on passing you will be able to give CS Executive in December 2023 and if you fail you
will have to re-register with ICSI for cseet and give the next exam i.e in July 2023
